Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

This role involves collecting and analyzing large datasets to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the Global - Executive Reporting team.

• Availability: Able to work on-site and remotely with rotating days off.

Requirements

• Experience with data/analytics tools: SQL (advanced), BI (advanced), Python (intermediate).
• Stakeholder engagement to understand data flow and application usage.
• Involvement in the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reports.
• Supporting requirement gathering, consultation, and solution design.
• Effective communication during development phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Engage with end-users to communicate and educate.
• Implement and manage KPIs to deliver insights and drive impact through data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver analyses, including root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Package complex information to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and validation before presentation.
• Support business solutions and partner with development teams for report/dashboard creation.
• Work with subject matter experts to support reporting and system updates.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
• Create playbooks and promote a culture of collaboration.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Language requirement: English 60% B1.
