Metric Bio are partnering with a US-based Pharmaceutical Machinery Company focused on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) on a search for a Business Development Manager for the East Coast/Eastern Region of USA. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and expanding Pharma Accounts across the U.S. market. This role will develop and execute business development strategies, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
• Responsible for managing Sales budgets within their territory
• Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years' relevant experience in Pharma Equipment Sales, preferred Oral Solid Dosage experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Experience with project business selling

The company offers a competitive salary range of $90,022.00-$152,801.00, as well as benefits including 401(k), medical insurance, and vision insurance.
