Your mission: Develop your Business Unit
As a Business Developer, you act as a true intrapreneur. You are responsible for creating and developing your business scope by promoting the services of the LittleBig Connection marketplace to your clients and service providers.
Your role: connect the best experts from our community to your clients’ needs, while driving revenue growth, client relationships, and end-to-end operational execution.
️ Main Responsibilities
You are accountable for revenue growth within your scope by developing a portfolio of clients (existing or prospective) and mission partners through three main areas:
Client Relationship & Business Development
Identify high-potential accounts, prospects, or existing clients.
Detect calls for tenders, build proposals, negotiate, and close opportunities.
Ensure regular follow-up to strengthen client loyalty and position LittleBig as a strategic partner.
Partner Network Management
Develop and retain a community of freelancers and consulting firms.
Ensure effective matching between client needs and platform experts.
Manage negotiations and formalize commercial agreements.
Performance & Operations Management
Monitor the progress of ongoing projects with clients and service providers.
Track key indicators: revenue, margin, project volume, closing rate.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure proper project execution and administrative compliance.
Profile Sought
Strong academic background from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent international degree, e.g. Bachelor with specialization or double degree).
0–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and structured work skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building a business with autonomy and responsibility.
Comfortable with complex sales cycles and diverse stakeholders (C-level, procurement, IT).
Good command of digital tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM, automation).
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
