Piper Companies in Columbia, MD is seeking a Business Analyst to support enhancements of medical record shareholdings. You will partner with stakeholders and software teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and deliver healthcare technology solutions that improve patient care and secure exchange of clinical information.

The role involves gathering requirements, writing user stories, planning in Scrum, removing blockers, and supporting releases in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum experience in a fast-paced development environment
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience managing multiple priorities and monthly release cycles

Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to support enhancements of medical record shareholdings in Columbia, MD. Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

• Run Scrum meetings and help plan teamwork.
• Remove roadblocks and elevate issues when needed.
• Keep projects on track and support releases.

Qualifications for the Business Analyst:

• 2-3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum experience in a fast-paced development environment
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations

Compensation for the Business Analyst include:

• $90,000 - $105,000 annually *depending on experience*
