Gallagher is seeking a Brand Design Operations Coordinator to keep brand projects moving, assets organized, and processes clear. You’ll support timelines, asset libraries, handoffs, and documentation to enable designers to focus on creativity.

With 2–4 years in creative/project coordination, you’ll collaborate across teams, learn Adobe Creative Cloud and DAM tools, and help maintain brand consistency while improving efficiency.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in creative coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, design operations, or a related area.
• You are organized and detail-focused.
• You communicate clearly and follow through on commitments.
• You feel comfortable working with creative files, shared libraries, and project tracking tools.
• You have experience with, or interest in learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, digital asset management platforms, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Help brand projects move forward with clear timelines, updates, and follow-through.
• Make it easier for designers and partners to start work with the right information and assets.
• Keep brand files, libraries, and resources organized, current, and easy to access.
• Support smooth handoffs so approved assets are ready for use across teams.
• Help protect brand consistency by keeping naming, versioning, and documentation in good shape.
• Reduce confusion by improving how processes, trackers, and shared resources are maintained.
• Support onboarding by helping new team members and partners understand where to find what they need.
• Spot ways to make routine work simpler, clearer, and more efficient.
• Support the Brand Design leadership team with coordination and administrative needs tied to the team’s work.
