Ce rôle exige une forte compétence analytique et la capacité de gérer des budgets tout en collaborant avec des équipes diverses. Les candidats doivent être bilingues en anglais et en espagnol et avoir une formation en Administration des affaires ou Marketing.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role involves developing and executing brand strategies in collaboration with the Brand Manager and Senior Analyst. The focus is on driving volume, sales, and market share through initiatives like brand activations, innovation launches, and equity plans.

  • Develop and implement local brand strategies with cross-functional support.
  • Align initiatives with regional and global priorities while tailoring to local market needs.
  • Collaborate with LATAM Sector Marketing, Market Unit Leaders, and global teams such as R&D and Finance.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of initiatives based on insights from consumers, customers, and channels.
  • Manage A&M budgets to optimize ROI and meet profitability targets.

Your Impact as Brand Analyst

  • Provide local expertise to support the tortilla category.
  • Assist in the innovation calendar for tortillas.
  • Support the execution of regional and local initiatives.
  • Achieve sales, volume, and market share goals aligned with market plans.
  • Contribute to category expansion and share growth in Colombia within the LATAM ecosystem.
  • Develop comprehensive 360° commercial activations to maximize growth.
  • Manage relationships with creative and media agencies from brief to execution.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Colombian consumer goods industry.
  • Values and ethics aligned with our culture.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
