Kellanova is seeking a Bogotá-based Finance Specialist to consolidate, analyze, and review plant financial results while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the Pacific scope. You will partner with plant leadership to provide insights, validate decisions, and ensure strong financial controls.

The role focuses on planning, scenario analysis, performance reporting, and cost management with opportunities to drive productivity and savings across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Factory Finance environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP transactional analytics experience.
• Business-level English proficiency for professional and financial discussions.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities with ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications.
• Experience in strategic planning, business analytics, stakeholder management, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes, including standard cost budgeting and outlook preparation.
• Partner with plant leadership by conducting scenario analysis and providing financial guidance to support business objectives.
• Consolidate plant financial results, analyze variances against targets, and prepare executive presentations for period-end, budget, and outlook reviews.
• Monitor factory expenses, validate accruals, review budget parameters, and ensure compliance with internal audit and control requirements.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, support ZBB compliance, and identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities to achieve financial targets.

Title: Bogota Finance Specialist

Description

Are you passionate about finance and ready to drive operational excellence? Join us as a Bogotá Finance Specialist. You’ll be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reviewing plant financial results, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making processes that enable sustainable business performance across the Pacific scope.

As a key Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with plant leadership to provide insights, identify opportunities, validate financial decisions, and ensure compliance with financial controls. This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the plant budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes, including standard cost budgeting and outlook preparation.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Factory Finance environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with database management and SAP transactional analytics.
• Business‑level English proficiency with the ability to participate in professional and financial discussions.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving capabilities with experience influencing stakeholders and driving business results.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations and communications.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, business analytics, stakeholder management, and change management.
