Iron Mountain seeks an analytical Data Scientist – AI, Predictive Intelligence & Agentic Solutions to join the Operations team in Bogotá. You will design and deploy predictive models and generative AI solutions to optimize finance, CX, sales and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with modern AI stacks. Hybrid work setup with in-office presence is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of data science or ML in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; core ML techniques incl. regression, NLP.
• Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery and LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of MLOps for deploying and supervising production models.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Build, validate, and deploy end-to-end predictive models for churn forecasting, collections, and operational risk.
• Design intelligent LLM workflows, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems with guardrails.
• Balance model cost, latency, token efficiency, and speed to maximize commercial value.
• Partner with Product Managers, Operations, and Business leaders to shape AI roadmaps.
• Own ML projects from problem framing to deployment while translating findings into BI dashboards.
