Applaudo is seeking a part-time Business Architect who bridges finance and engineering to translate a complex subscription billing model into data requirements for the integration team. You will guide the transformation from a legacy accounting system to Zuora, interpreting Zuora's data model and billing rules to keep the technical team moving forward during a planned handover.

This role requires proactive learning, executive-level English, and the ability to facilitate decisions with finance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven business analysis experience across finance and technical domains.
• Strong subscription and billing domain knowledge.
• Data literacy and ability to validate data flows.
• Stakeholder facilitation, workshops, decision docs.
• Experience with ERP or accounting system migrations.
• Ability to ramp up independently with minimal oversight.
• Advanced English for executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the billing model in Zuora into data requirements for the integration team.
• Lead business analysis for scope not covered by Zuora professional services, including custom billing rules, revenue recognition, and reporting.
• Guide finance and stakeholders through transformation from legacy to Zuora, providing transformation guidance.
• Interpret Zuora data model and billing logic to unblock the integration team.
• Facilitate decisions with controller and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder communication during handover/coverage period.
