The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process in both English and Spanish, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool to meet our organizational needs.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with OneTouch Direct.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and work collaboratively to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal and organizational standards.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish).
  • Possess a proven track record of effectively sourcing and attracting diverse candidates.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
