Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Record to Report Manager in Bogotá to lead the R2R team, drive optimization across journals, close cycles, and strengthen financial controls.

You will redesign processes, implement standardization and automation, partner with finance, IT and operations, and ensure timely, accurate monthly and quarterly closes. Advanced English is required; the role focuses on transformation and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Strong experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and close activities.
• Proven experience leading accounting or finance teams.
• Experience redesigning and improving accounting close and journal processes.
• Solid knowledge of financial controls and month-end close.
• Advanced English (B2+ / C1) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the R2R team.
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize processes related to journals, accounting close, and financial controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Strengthen closing controls and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to implement sustainable improvements.
