Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Quality Analyst to design and execute end-to-end test plans ensuring functionality, performance, reliability, and compatibility with legacy and external systems. You will audit interactions, coach agents, and track metrics to drive quality improvements across campaigns.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, at least two years of college, and prior QA experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with basic Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish with at least B2 English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of college (BS or BA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience as Quality Analyst (preferred).
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools (cause and effect, histogram, correlation).

Responsibilities

• Audit calls/interactions/transactions for aligned agents.
• Coach agents for performance improvement.
• Report performance for aligned span daily/weekly/monthly.
• Provide inputs for briefings and training needs identification.
• Partner with team leaders to improve metrics.
• Identify and elevate potential quality issues.
• Isolate and report defects and verify fixes.
• Suggest process or system improvements based on customer concerns.
