Celerity Fiber LLC is seeking a bilingual Evaluation Specialist to join a client-facing legal intake team. The role involves contacting prospective clients, assessing eligibility for employment law and workers' compensation cases in California, and guiding them through the retainer process.

You will work remotely from Cali Valle, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 42 hours per week, and opportunities for performance bonuses.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in high-volume settings.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level (required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective clients through outbound and follow-up calls.
• Pre-qualify cases based on eligibility criteria.
• Explain the legal process and retainer terms to clients.
• Address questions and objections to maximize lead conversions.
• Guide qualified clients through retainer signing.
• Send secure intake link after signing.
• Redirect clients to Intake Specialist when needed.
• Document call outcomes and client data in CRM.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance in interactions.
