Citi Colombia is seeking a visionary BI Team Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, AI experts, and visualization professionals in Bogota. You will shape our data strategy and elevate business value through powerful insights.

You will oversee end-to-end BI solutions, mentor talent, and drive adoption of AI and machine learning. The role requires strong leadership, deep analytics experience, and fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with executive stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in BI, Data Science, or related analytics.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing technical teams of data scientists, analysts, or BI developers.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of complex analytics and BI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Engineering or similar technical background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of data specialists.
• Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end BI solution lifecycle from requirements to dashboards and predictive models.
• Advance from descriptive to prescriptive and predictive analytics.
• Drive AI and machine learning adoption to enhance insights and automate processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic questions into analytical frameworks.
• Establish best practices for agile development, data governance, and quality assurance.
• Stay updated on AI, data science, and visualization trends to foster continuous learning.
