Hilton in Colombia is seeking a Bellperson/Porter to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide guests to their rooms and amenities. You will transport guests, store luggage, and keep bell carts and work areas clean and orderly to uphold Hilton's service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
