Job summary

GCG in Colombia is seeking a Bakery Production Associate to ensure all bakery products meet BPM standards, manage raw materials from ordering to disposal, and guarantee on-time delivery to the various points of sale.

You will supervise preparation of breads, pastries, and desserts, optimize processes in panadería and pastelería, and contribute ideas to expand product offerings and sales across the division.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bakery products meet BPM standards
• Manage raw materials and ensure proper inventory control
• Guarantee on-time delivery of bakery goods to all points of sale
• Oversee preparation of breads, pastries, and desserts following recipes
• Suggest ideas for new products to boost sales across bakery and pastry lines
