Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of pastry or baking experience in a bakery or restaurant.

• Experience in menu development highly desirable.
• Cake and pastry decoration experience required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 25 lbs.
• Weekend work availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items following written recipes and measure ingredients.
• Decorate and finish cakes, pies, and pastries.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and uphold health codes.
• Assist in menu development and ensure quality and production timelines.
• Coordinate with the to-go counter to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
