Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support and maintain cloud platforms and trading applications on Microsoft Azure. You will focus on Azure operations, platform reliability, incident management, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, identity, access management, and observability tools.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Azure VMs, networking, storage, identity, and access management.
• Experience with Active Directory, VDI environments, and enterprise support operations.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to support US business hours and participate in occasional on-call rotations.
