Una empresa de gestión de información busca un Auxiliar de Trabajo en Altura en Girardota. Los candidatos deben tener un bachillerato y al menos 6 meses de experiencia en posiciones similares. Se ofrece un salario mensual de $1,600,000 COP y un paquete de beneficios que incluye apoyo emocional y capacitación interna. Our Job Offer:

  • Monthly Salary: $ 1,600,00 COP.

  • Schedules:

  • Rotating Schedules:

  • Shift 1. Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • Shift 2 Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • Shift 3 Monday to Friday 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

  • Job Stability and Direct Hiring by the Company.

  • Contract Type: Fixed for 2 months.

  • Workplace: Girardota.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper handling of machinery, stowage, and conservation of storage areas.
  • Movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other elements within the shelving, either on an Order Picker or on a Platform.
  • Storage and validation of units, boxes on shelves.
  • Recovery of information from its location and place it in the designated areas.
  • Order and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Guarantee and ensure the correct handling of all elements related to the development of functions.
  • Comply with the quality standards of the processes executed in the exercise of their functions.
  • Comply with the productivity standards established for each process.
  • Comply with the behavior protocols within the work areas (shelving).
  • Comply with the standard operating practices defined for each process.
  • Apply the procedures and instructions defined for each process.
  • Perform other functions assigned by the Immediate Supervisor in accordance with the nature of the position.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education Level: Academic or technical bachelor's degree. Preferably with a course in heights work.

  • Work Experience minimum of 6 months in similar positions such as: warehouse auxiliary or storage at heights.

  • Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to follow operating procedures.

  • Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork.
