Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.

You will elicit operational needs, define epics and user stories, and lead API integration with ERP/TMS while ensuring robust end-to-end testing and strong collaboration with

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: be SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
