Seamless Assist is hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that enhance business operations. You will assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and create scalable solutions, while documenting clearly for non-technical teams.

The role is fully remote, requires overlap with US Pacific Time, and entails client-facing responsibilities with a focus on WordPress management and infrastructure as well as automation design.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Background in software development or system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make).
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with GitHub (version control, repositories).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure / virtual servers.
• WordPress development or administration experience.
• Strong written English and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with US Pacific Time overlap.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that improve business operations.

This role combines technical execution with strategic thinking. You will assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build scalable solutions using AI tools and automation platforms. You'll also create clear documentation and enable non-technical teams to operate systems independently.

This is a client-facing role requiring both strong technical ability and the ability to communicate solutions clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development

• Build end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier or Make
