SOL Mental Health is hiring for an outpatient therapist to deliver compassionate care to a diverse client base. You will participate in built-in supervision and a collaborative team, supporting your licensure journey while applying evidence-based approaches.

The role emphasizes growth through structured supervision, ongoing training, and exposure to a range of clinical cases in a supportive practice setting.

Formación

• Pre-Independently licensed in Colorado and working toward LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC.
• Experience in direct clinical care; internship counts.
• Strong communication skills and compassion in client work.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician within a supportive team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Address anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and related concerns.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 – $65,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives
