Jobtailor is seeking a candidate in Bogotá to ensure top‑tier delivery for ACI customers and to analyze business needs for tailored IT solutions. You will collaborate with project teams, define customer requirements, and propose delivery plans leveraging proprietary and outsourced tools.

The role emphasizes communication in a global environment, adherence to corporate policies, and supporting business development through effective solution delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Business, Accounting or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or related roles (early-career profiles welcome)
• English level: at least B2 (required)
• Ability to communicate in a global environment
• Standard work environment
• Majority of time spent on PC

• Identify and develop solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others

• Analyze clients’ business needs and recommend appropriate information technology solutions using ACI methodologies
• Conduct analysis of corporate objectives, business functions and processes

• Ensure new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements
• Identify and develop solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others
• Define customer needs and develop plans and proposals for project delivery
• Analyze clients’ business needs and recommend appropriate information technology solutions using ACI methodologies
• Conduct analysis of corporate objectives, business functions and processes
• Work with project delivery teams to solve product-related issues and recommend workaround solutions
• Communicate regularly with Technical Consultants and project managers, providing status updates and relevant business information
• Support regional/product business development and sales support efforts for a territory, industry or account
• Assist customers with implementation efforts to ensure successful product adoption
• Assist with mitigation actions and contingencies
• Identify information needed to clarify risks or business situations, obtain it from appropriate sources, and use skillful questioning
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
