Elanco in Colombia is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support finance with reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You will manage sales, gross margin, OPEX, P&L, and G2N calculations, while driving process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field, FP&A experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and English at B2 level. It is a 1-year temporary contract in a hybrid Colombia location.

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial controlling, business controlling, or related finance roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills for financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Your Role:

As Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will support the finance team by improving reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis processes. In this role, you will manage recurring sales, gross margin, operating expenses (OPEX), profit and loss (P&L), and innovation reports, while supporting discount, rebate, and gross-to-net (G2N) calculations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI to manage and analyze daily sales reporting, monthly gross margin reporting, and recurring operating expenses (OPEX), profit and loss (P& L), and order reports.
• Support gross-to-net (G2N) processes, including price list control, commercial terms tracking, and the calculation and settlement of discounts and rebates.
• Build and maintain quarterly forecast templates for sales and OPEX, and generate quarterly G2N templates.
• Support variance analysis to help explain business performance and financial results.
• Optimize, automate, and document FP&A processes, and manage bi-monthly innovation reporting.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial controlling, business controlling, or related finance roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills for financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience in consumer goods in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial controlling, or business controlling.
• Experience supporting forecast, gross-to-net (G2N), gross margin, and operating expense (OPEX) reporting processes.
• Experience documenting and improving finance processes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.
