Job summary

Elanco, a global animal health leader, is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Colombia. The role focuses on improving reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis using Excel and Power BI, while supporting G2N and OPEX processes.

You will build quarterly forecasts, analyze variances, and drive process improvements in a hybrid setup. Ideal candidates hold a Finance/economics-related degree, have FP&A or commercial controlling experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial controlling, or business controlling.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation.
• Intermediate English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Use advanced Excel and Power BI to manage daily sales reporting, monthly gross margin reporting, and OPEX/P&L reporting.
• Support G2N processes, including price list control, terms tracking, and discounts/rebates settlement.
• Build and maintain quarterly forecast templates for sales and OPEX, and G2N templates.
• Support variance analysis to explain business performance and results.
• Optimize, automate, and document FP&A processes and manage bi-monthly innovation reporting.
