Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory and coaching skills in a fast-paced retail environment, with a passion for cosmetics and delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers opportunities for growth within a prestige beauty leader.

Formación

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to reach targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Drive store performance and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement training and development plans.
