Job summary

Atoms in Bogotá is seeking a results-driven Accounts Receivable professional to streamline financial workflows, support accurate reporting, and enhance reconciliations. This role collaborates with Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams to improve processes and ensure data integrity.

You will review existing procedures, analyze financial and operational data, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while boosting asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams to improve financial workflows, support reporting, and streamline reconciliations and receivables processes.
• Review existing processes to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and create more consistent procedures.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, research discrepancies, and support day-to-day business decisions.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identifies opportunities to reduce operating costs, improve resource utilization, and support overall asset and portfolio performance.
