Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities to optimize supply chain execution.

You will collaborate with ERP and TMS interfaces, drive comprehensive testing, and guide architecture decisions while supporting a wide range of enterprise software initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS configurations and deployments.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting.
• Experience mapping REST/SOAP APIs and data interfaces.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for WMS initiatives and translate them into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems via APIs and data interfaces.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing to validate complex supply chain scenarios.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
