What is the opportunity?

As an analyst in the Madrid office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.

What will you do?
  • Assisting in execution of mandated deals
  • Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
  • Gathering public information through numerous sources
  • Assisting to create financial model analyses
  • Building company forecast models
  • Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments
  • Producing and maintaining various databases
  • General research
