Based in Madrid, this job includes some degree of distance working, to be agreed upon depending on the applicant's profile.

We are searching for an RE expert for our Real Estate Solutions & Valuations Team, which uses Accumin's extensive database and combines it with Real Estate expertise to provide custom solutions to clients, helping them make smarter investment and management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations on various asset types and present results in clear and concise reports, analyzing market data and comparable transactions.
• Perform commercial due-dilligence and market reports, analyzing information and preparing structured reports to meet client needs.
• Support the execution of active mandates, including analysis of information, valuation of real estate assets, and financial modeling.
• Support marketing initiatives, including market research and analysis of industry verticals, macroeconomic environments, and potential clients.
• Support the creation of new services and tools in Valuations and Real Estate advisory.

Your Profile

• Technical degree, such as Architecture or Engineering, is preferred.
• A Master's in Real Estate is valued.
• Experience in similar positions is valued but not required.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are necessary.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence Tools is valued.
• English language skills are required, and knowledge of other languages is valued.
