Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín |Hybrid

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Monitor platforms, systems, and technology services to ensure operational continuity.
• Detect alerts, failures, or abnormal behavior in real time.
• Escalate incidents according to established protocols.
• Log and document relevant events using management tools.
• Collaborate with other technical teams in incident resolution.
• Participate in internal training sessions and upskill in IT tools and processes.
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule is required.

What We Need to See From You

Profile: Technical or technological background in systems or related fields. This role is ideal for individuals taking their first steps in the IT world, with basic experience in monitoring and a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop in technology environments

Required Skills:

• Technical or technological education in systems, telecommunications, or related areas.
• Basic experience (academic or professional) in monitoring IT systems or infrastructure.
• General knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and support tools (desirable).
• Basic proficiency in office tools and ticketing platforms (desirable).
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
