Your role and responsibilities

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Comprador/a Tactico, orientado/a a resultados y con capacidad para liderar procesos de abastecimiento de forma analítica, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de categoría.
• Liderar proyectos de abastecimiento y negociación con proveedores estratégicos.
• Analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ahorro.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas del sector farmacéutico.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para optimizar procesos de compras y garantizar la continuidad del suministro.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

Requisitos:

• Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Supply Chain o afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en compras estratégicas dentro del sector farmacéutico o salud.
• Conocimiento en Category Management, gestión de contratos y análisis de gasto.
• Manejo de herramientas ERP y dominio de Excel.
• Habilidades de negociación, análisis y gestión de proveedores.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Procurement Processes: Familiarity with procurement data management, ordering, and receiving services, including conducting daily process transactions.
• Experience Working with Vendor Management: Knowledge of vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Understanding of Transaction-Flow Efficiency: Exposure to maximizing the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting, ensuring seamless procurement operations.
• Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain Activities: Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain activities, including inventory control, supplier evaluation, and vendor management.
• Experience with Data Analysis: Exposure to analyzing current processes to identify areas for improvement, recommending changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Procurement Data Management: Exposure to procurement data management systems and tools, including data analysis and reporting.
• Vendor Contract Negotiation: Experience working with vendor contracting processes, including contract negotiation and management.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Basic knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques, including inventory control and supplier evaluation.
