Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner - WMS to join the IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, translate requirements, and coordinate with development teams on Manhattan Scale/Active integrations.

Seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, strong WMS knowledge, and experience in Agile delivery. A BS in CS/IT/SCM is expected; CSPO or Manhattan cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, SCM, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex LC edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
