The Role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Junior Accounting Analyst at SoftwareOne. Scope: Full-time | Office: Bogotá | On site

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Record and classify accounting transactions in the system (invoices, payments, expenses, provisions, etc.).
• Perform bank and balance account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and basic statements.
• Review and validate accounting documents in line with current regulations.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes.
• Maintain updated physical and digital accounting records.
• Provide information for internal and external audits.
• Support in the preparation of basic tax filings (withholdings, VAT, preliminary declarations).

What We Need to See from You

Profile: Professional in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with experience in vendor management, local and international tax administration, accounts payable recording and reconciliation, and financial software usage. Skilled in ensuring compliance with accounting processes, optimizing payments, and enhancing relationships with national and international suppliers.

Required skills:

• Local accounting standards
• Accounting software and MS Office proficiency (intermediate Excel required).
