Job summary

Natura Life Science in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a results‑driven Commercial Sales professional to grow the Retail channel and lead corporate sales initiatives. You will develop B2B opportunities, close deals, and provide analytical support to store network management.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure inventory availability, invoicing, and delivery timelines while pursuing budgets and business targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial roles, retail, B2B sales, or partnerships.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills for corporate accounts.
• Experience analyzing retail KPIs and budgets.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively prospect corporate clients to generate new B2B opportunities and partnerships.
• Design and present tailored proposals, formal quotes and volume-based pricing for corporate orders.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations and close terms, including post-sale loyalty.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and coordinate with Ops, Logistics and Finance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track sales performance, margins and profitability.
• Monitor store network performance and analyze KPIs like conversion rate, average ticket, UPT.
• Support campaigns, promotions and in-store calendars, proposing corrective actions.
• Map opportunities in alternate channels and alliances to grow channel revenue.
