Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or close to completion.
• Strong algorithms and data structures fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgment.
• Strong programming skills, with Python preferred; other languages welcome.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-quality software.
• Ability to reason about scalability, complexity and performance tradeoffs.
• Comfort with ambiguous, open-ended problems and turning them into concrete solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement algorithms for inference, ranking, matching, classification, and prediction problems.
• Create scalable heuristics operating on datasets with hundreds of millions of records.
• Analyze computational complexity and optimize systems for large-scale execution.
• Design evaluation methodologies and validation frameworks to measure solution quality.
