A leading airline company is looking for an experienced Airport Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. The role entails overseeing flight operations and managing teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. This position is focused on operational excellence and customer service, requiring strong leadership and prioritization skills.

Formación

We are looking for a Airport Manager who will oversee flight operations at the local station, leading both above-wing and below-wing teams to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Adapt the processesAdapt airport processes to current regulations to provide the best possible service to our customers.
  • Evaluate, provide feedback on, and improve service delivery at the airport, including supplier services, airport facilities, programs, service standards, baggage tracking, and billing.
  • Represent Aeromexico and participate in local airline committee working groups.
  • Monitor daily operations at the station to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with local authorities, maintaining strong relationships with local leaders and staying up to date with laws, regulations, and amendments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; must be familiar with airline ground operations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong prioritization skills and proven experience as a team leader.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
