Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company seeks English-speaking AI Trainers for a remote role in Colombia to contribute to AI training, annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation across diverse projects.

You will evaluate content quality and help ensure AI outputs are accurate, inclusive, and appropriate for global audiences, with clear timelines and compensation per project.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in English with strong written and reading comprehension.
• Based in Slovenia and able to participate in remote, digitally delivered projects.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, digital tools, and web-based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or subtle differences in content.
• Linguistic, cultural, technical, research, content, or AI-related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

As part of a global AI contributor network, you will help shape smarter, safer, and more human-centered artificial intelligence through language and cultural expertise.

Requirements
