AgileEngine seeks an experienced AI Platform Tech Lead to own an enterprise AI collaboration ecosystem spanning Slack, Google Workspace with Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. You will design and build AI agents, skills, and RAG integrations using MCP, function calling, and APIs, ensuring secure enterprise integrations and governance.

The role requires 6+ years in development with production AI platform expertise, strong API and security know-how, and the ability to lead

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on tech lead experience.
• Production-quality AI agents, workflows, or integrations built and maintained.
• Deep knowledge of AI concepts: agents, RAG, embeddings, and grounding.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, tools, and workflows.
• Develop AI solutions using APIs, function calling, and integration frameworks.
• Translate business needs into technical designs for production systems.
• Build secure integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, and enterprise apps.
• Develop APIs, data connectors, webhooks, and semantic search solutions.
• Ensure security, permissions, data governance, and compliance.
• Test, evaluate, and improve AI platforms for reliability and safety.
• Administer and optimize enterprise AI platforms and configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and data-retrieval issues.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor contributors; act as escalation point.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and advise platform leadership.
