Trajectory Inc. seeks a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a development team, guiding architecture, quality, and delivery of ML-enabled software solutions. You will design scalable systems using React for UI and Django for backends, and mentor engineers across ML and software domains.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps, with a focus on production deployment, CI/CD, and model monitoring. Strong English (B1+) and a BS in CS or related field are required.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of experience in software development
• Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning and AI systems
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong background in software architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical development of AI and Machine Learning‑based solutions
• Coordinate workflows between Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers
• Oversee data pipelines, model training, and production deployment (MLOps)
• Define standards for development, testing, and model monitoring
• Perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
• Drive decision-making regarding technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Mentor the team in development and ML best practices
