CBTW Americas is seeking a software engineer to design, build, test, deploy, and operate AI-enabled production systems. The role emphasizes software engineering, systems integration, cloud development, and reliable delivery, rather than training foundation models.

We expect you to integrate existing AI models, agents, and platforms into robust software, ensuring security, observability, and governance while collaborating closely with client engineering teams.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience shipping and supporting production systems.
• Solid SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and test-driven development.
• Advanced use of AI engineering tools for building, debugging, and refactoring.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and building agent or RAG-based apps.
• Familiarity with modern AI integration patterns, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Working experience with AWS or another major cloud platform, with edge development openness.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., UnifyApps).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build reliable distributed systems and AI-enabled features for production.
• Integrate AI pipelines and automate delivery within client systems.
• Own the engineering lifecycle: development, CI/CD, deployment, operations.
• Apply security, risk, and governance considerations in AI solutions.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to translate requirements into integrations.
