Job summary

AstraZeneca plc in Colombia invites an AI Process Transformation Lead to drive cross-enterprise process redesign leveraging AI, data, automation, and digital capabilities across the Andean Cluster. You will connect business priorities to scalable solutions, identify value opportunities, and oversee end-to-end transformations.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering, health sciences, design, technology, economics, marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience in innovation and business transformation.
• Experience leading portfolios, pilots, prototypes in matrix environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into defined problems and metrics.
• Knowledge of design thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, and project management.
• Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, risk, traceability, and human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into opportunities to transform processes, decisions, and experiences.
• Build and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives for value, feasibility, risk, compliance, scalability, and adoption.
• Map journeys, roles, decisions, data, controls, and pain points to simpler, more agile processes.
• Lead hypotheses, prototypes, pilots, and tests with real users; document learnings and decisions.
• Apply design thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, user research, and co-creation methodologies.
• Define adoption, communication, training, and change management strategies.
• Promote responsible AI with human oversight, privacy, security, and quality controls.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Data & AI, Digital, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Cybersecurity, HR.
• Define criteria for scaling pilots for sustainability and cross-country reuse.
