Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Software, CS, Data Science or related fields; graduate studies or cloud certifications are a plus
- 10+ years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or related disciplines; progression from technical roles to architecture/leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead LATAM Data & AI practice growth, positioning, and evolution to meet market and client needs
- Act as technical reference for Data & AI with clients; build trusted relationships with technical and business leaders
- Identify opportunities and translate needs into viable Data & AI initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to develop value propositions and estimate projects
- Design modern data architectures using AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks
- Lead discovery conversations to assess client data ecosystems and modernization opportunities
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership across pre-sales, design, and project kickoff phases
- Contribute to Data & AI offerings and accelerators to strengthen market position
- Stay current on Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms, Analytics, Governance, and AI trends
- Collaborate across practices to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Support growth and development of the team with mentorship
- Represent Keyrus in client conversations, events, and webinars

As the Data & AI Practice Lead for LATAM, you will architect the growth, positioning, and technical evolution of Keyrus's Data & AI practice across the region - becoming the trusted advisor clients turn to when modern data architecture meets real business transformation. You will operate at the intersection of technology and strategy, translating client challenges into concrete Data & AI solutions while building the talent, offerings, and market presence that make Keyrus a true reference in the space.
You will:
Lead and grow the Data & AI practice in LATAM, contributing to its growth, positioning, and evolution in line with market and client needs
Act as the technical and consultative reference for Data & AI with clients, building trusted relationships with technology, data, and business leaders
Identify Data & AI opportunities within existing and prospective clients, turning their needs into concrete initiatives, solutions, and projects
Work closely with sales and pre‑sales teams to develop value propositions, define solutions, estimate projects, and participate in client presentations and conversations
Design and recommend modern data architectures and solutions using technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and other relevant components of the Data & AI ecosystem
Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand their technical and business challenges, assess their data ecosystems, and identify modernization and transformation opportunities
Translate business needs into viable, scalable technical solutions aligned with client objectives
Provide technical leadership and guidance during pre‑sales, design, and project kickoff phases, ensuring the quality and feasibility of proposed solutions
Contribute to the development of Data & AI offerings, capabilities, accelerators, and solutions that strengthen and differentiate Keyrus's value proposition in the market
Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices related to Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Analytics, Data Governance, Modern Data Architectures, and Artificial Intelligence
Collaborate with other practices and business lines to identify cross‑selling opportunities and develop integrated solutions for clients
Support the growth and development of the team's technical capabilities, acting as a reference and mentor for consultants, architects, and Data & AI specialists
Participate in key talent evaluation for the practice and contribute to building teams with the capabilities needed to meet current and future business needs
Represent Keyrus in strategic client conversations, events, webinars, and other initiatives that strengthen the company's positioning as a Data & AI reference

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields; graduate studies or relevant Cloud/Data certifications are a plus
10+ years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or related disciplines, ideally with a career progression from technical roles into architecture, technical leadership, consulting, or practice management
Strong background working in technology consulting or professional services firms, engaging directly with clients and participating in solution and project development
Strong technical background in modern data architectures, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, and Analytics ecosystems
Hands‑on experience and solid knowledge of technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks
Ability to understand complex business and technology challenges and translate them into concrete Data & AI solutions, architectures, and projects
Experience actively participating in pre‑sales processes, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, proposal development, and client presentations
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with different levels of an organization, from technical teams to business and executive leaders
Ability to lead technical and consultative conversations with clients, build trust, and position as a reference in Data & AI topics
Up‑to‑date knowledge of key data ecosystem trends, including Modern Data Stack, Cloud, Data Governance, Generative AI, and emerging Data & AI architectures and solutions
Experience leading technical teams, developing internal capabilities, and supporting the professional growth of consultants and specialists
Strong commercial vision and results orientation, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to practice growth
Ability to work in international, multicultural environments with distributed teams
Advanced English, with the ability to lead technical, commercial, and executive conversations with clients and international teams
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trust across technical, business, and executive audiences
