What will you do?

• Lead the Release Readiness process, defining production windows, validations, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and geographies to ensure synchronized execution.
• Ensure technical, regulatory, and business requirements are met before Go/No-Go decisions.
• Identify and manage technical, functional, and organizational dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment meetings with Scrum teams, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers.
• Escalate and manage blockers or critical decisions impacting delivery.
• Maintain dashboards tracking release planning, scope, readiness, and risks.
• Align release timelines with business priorities and tech team capacity.
• Act as a liaison between local and regional teams to ensure coordination and communication.
• Support delivery managers and stakeholders in understanding release processes and readiness milestones.
• Align releases with bank-wide structural processes (e.g., NIRA, NIASRA, PIA, TDD, TRA, Risk, Compliance).
• Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and change management processes.
• Oversee Operational Readiness to ensure deployment preparedness.

What do you need?

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (not restrictive).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in delivery roles, technical integration, and release management.
• Experience in complex, regulated organizations or those with multiple technological dependencies, including organizing and managing production deployment steps.
• Desirable knowledge of the banking or financial sector.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, dependency management, DevOps, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), validation processes, testing, release automation, and production deployment.
• Experience and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Mural, Power BI, Excel.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner).
• Intermediate English level.
