Job summary

TTEC Digital in Colombia seeks an Agentic AI Engineer specializing in Google's ADK to design, build, and scale production-ready Multi-Agent Systems. You will bridge LLM prompting with deterministic, enterprise-grade software engineering to move AI prototypes into high-throughput business workflows.

You will integrate tools like Google Maps MCP, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and other enterprise APIs, collaborate with product managers and AI researchers, and ensure low latency, security, and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems or agentic applications.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js and related tooling.
• Experience with GCP (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Secret Manager, Cloud Storage) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multi-agent systems and deterministic AI workflows.
• Develop core agentic logic and deterministic routing to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Integrate tools and external APIs (including MCP and enterprise services) with LLM contexts.
• Build and test production-grade AI pipelines and CI/CD for AI applications.
• Deploy agents to cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud) with high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate with product managers and AI researchers to optimize Gemini models within agentic frameworks.
