Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Quality Inspector (Quality Line Side - QLS) to perform line-side inspections on aerostructure assemblies at the Kinston, NC site, ensuring compliance with engineering, manufacturing, regulatory and customer requirements.

As part of the Quality Operations team you will identify non-conformities, document NCRs, support corrective actions, verify FOD prevention, and maintain traceability and audit readiness through MES/SAP and related tools.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft assembly, composites, or aerostructures.
• Experience with line-side inspections in a production environment and non-conformance management systems.
• Experience using MES, SAP, or equivalent manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of QA processes and non-conformance management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct line-side inspections of aircraft structures and assemblies.
• Perform paint and surface inspections per client specifications and measure with gauges.
• Inspect fastener installations and verify conformance with specs and procedures.
• Document inspection results, manage NCRs, and support corrective/preventive actions and audits.
