AgileEngine, LLC. in Colombia is seeking a Data Architect specialized in Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data and power RTCDP and AJO solutions.

You will design XDM schemas, configure ingestion pipelines, implement identity resolution, and collaborate with CRM and Marketing to orchestrate journeys in AJO. This role offers hybrid work from home and office, with USD-based compensation and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep knowledge of the XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience in data ingestion and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management and unified customer profiles.
• SQL querying and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication translating marketing goals to data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing heavily on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross-channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across various marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.
