Innovate AI Solutions SAS is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Accounting team and help run invoicing, AP, and AR processes for our U.S.-based clients. You will validate carrier invoices and manage payments, ensuring accurate records in the client's system.

The role requires a degree or progress in accounting/finance, 1+ year of experience, strong Excel skills, and English at B2 level. You’ll collaborate with U.S.

Formación

• Degree (or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or invoicing
• English B2 — comfortable reading financial docs, invoices, and carrier emails
• Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, organized mindset that thrives on accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable — validate carrier invoices against BOL, POD, and rate confirmations
• Manage accounts receivable — issue invoices, track payments, apply cash
• Keep transaction records accurate and up to date in the client's system
• Flag discrepancies or missing documents to your Senior Analyst
