Introduction: JOIN US! We seek an Account Manager to join our SymphonyAI Financial Services team, this role could be based in locations within Europe. Job Description: What you’ll do

  • Lead customer engagement initiatives, focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term retention across operational to senior levels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive growth, incorporating quarterly planning, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk management.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and establishing executive-level governance plans as necessary.
  • Guide the cross-functional NetReveal team by aligning efforts with client objectives, maintaining clear communication on delivery progress, and addressing challenges promptly.
  • Exceed sales order targets, including Total Contract Value (TCV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), while supporting broader goals of revenue, profit, and cash collection through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in managing financial crime challenges such as anti-money laundering (AML), transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence (KYC/CDD), sanctions, and fraud prevention strategies.
  • Deep Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in retail, commercial, and investment banking sectors, with an understanding of typical buying processes in tier-1 banks.
  • Cultural Awareness and sensitivity, with geographical experience that enhances stakeholder relationships; German language skills are a plus.
  • Stakeholder Management capabilities from operational to executive levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and strategic influence.
  • Proven Skills in account management, sales, and project delivery, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and achieving business goals.
