Python Tech Lead at BairesDev

As a Python Tech Leader in our Development Team, your mission will be to technically oversee a team of experienced front and back developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team focused on pushing innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDev strategy.

What You Will Do:

1. Work closely with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
2. Manage your time effectively to focus on coding and supporting junior members.
3. Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain tasks.
4. Make architectural decisions considering the future growth of the business.

• Advanced management of agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Security.
• Experience developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Specialization in Backend and Frontend development areas.
• Experience in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of client requirements' benefits and weaknesses.
• Knowledge of tradeoffs when choosing technologies.
• Experience leading meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision making, estimating, conflict management, and planning.
